A Florida-based Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider wanted to generate more qualified opportunities from Google Ads while improving how efficiently its advertising budget was being used.
The focus was not simply on increasing clicks. The campaign needed to generate more tracked conversions while lowering the cost per conversion and reducing overall ad spend.
For an NEMT company, more clicks do not automatically mean more valuable inquiries.
The campaign needed to focus advertising spend on people actively searching for relevant medical transportation services while reducing exposure to lower-intent and irrelevant searches.
The goal was to improve conversion volume and cost efficiency without relying on a larger advertising budget.
I optimized the Google Ads strategy for the NEMT provider around search intent, conversion generation, and more efficient budget use.
My work included:
The strategy focused on getting more measurable opportunities from the available advertising budget rather than increasing spend to drive more activity.
During the August 1–31, 2026 reporting period, the campaign generated 42 tracked conversions from 266 clicks with $701 in total ad spend.
Google Ads performance for a Florida NEMT provider showing 42 conversions from $701 in ad spend at a $16.70 cost per conversion.
1-Month Google Ads Performance
The key result was not simply generating 42 conversions.
Compared with the previous period, the campaign recorded 62% more conversions while total ad spend decreased by 22%. At the same time, the reported cost per conversion improved by 28%, reaching $16.70.
These figures represent conversions tracked inside Google Ads. They should not be interpreted as 42 confirmed private-pay bookings or a specific amount of revenue without separate booking and revenue data.
The campaign generated more measurable conversion opportunities for the NEMT provider while using less total advertising spend than during the previous period.
For this project, the acquisition journey was:
High-Intent NEMT Search → Google Ad → Click → Tracked Conversion → Potential Private-Pay Booking
This NEMT Google Ads case study shows how focused keyword targeting, negative keywords, relevant ad messaging, conversion tracking, bidding adjustments, and ongoing optimization can help an existing advertising budget work more efficiently.
Over the one-month reporting period, the campaign generated 42 tracked conversions at $16.70 per conversion from $701 in total ad spend, while the report showed higher click and conversion volume alongside lower spending compared with the previous period.
