A Florida-based Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider wanted to generate more qualified opportunities from Google Ads while making better use of its existing advertising budget.
The focus was not simply getting more clicks. The campaign needed to improve conversion performance while controlling acquisition costs and avoiding unnecessary ad spend.
For an NEMT company, more traffic does not automatically mean better Google Ads performance.
The campaign needed to reach people actively searching for relevant medical transportation services while reducing wasted spend from lower-intent and irrelevant searches.
The goal was to improve the relationship between clicks, conversions, cost per conversion, and total ad spend rather than simply increasing the advertising budget.
I optimized the Google Ads strategy for the NEMT provider around stronger search intent, conversion generation, and budget efficiency.
My work included:
The strategy focused on generating more measurable opportunities from the available budget instead of relying on increased ad spend.
During the July 1–31, 2026 reporting period, the Google Ads campaign generated 52 tracked conversions from 139 clicks with $820 in total ad spend.
Google Ads performance for a Florida NEMT provider showing 52 conversions from $820 in ad spend at a $15.77 cost per conversion.
1-Month Google Ads Performance
The important result was not simply generating 52 conversions.
Compared with the previous period, the campaign recorded 73% more conversions while total ad spend decreased by 18%. At the same time, the reported cost per conversion decreased by 26% to $15.77.
These figures represent conversions tracked inside Google Ads. They should not be interpreted as 52 confirmed private-pay bookings or a specific amount of revenue without separate booking and revenue data.
The campaign generated more measurable conversion opportunities for the NEMT provider while using less total advertising spend than during the previous period.
For this project, the acquisition journey was:
High-Intent NEMT Search → Google Ad → Click → Tracked Conversion → Potential Private-Pay Booking
This NEMT Google Ads case study demonstrates how stronger search-intent targeting, negative keywords, relevant ad messaging, conversion tracking, bidding adjustments, and ongoing optimization can help an existing advertising budget work more efficiently.
Over the one-month reporting period, the campaign produced 52 tracked conversions at $15.77 per conversion from $820 in total ad spend, while the report also showed improved conversion volume and lower spending compared with the previous period.
